What is Free Size?
Free size is just another term for "one size fits all". These types of clothing are made to stretch or hang loose depending on your body type. To give you a general idea of how the clothes fit on you, we also provide measurements.

How do I start shopping?
  1. Choose a category near the top of the page.

  2. Click on the thumbnail of the product that you would like to view. If there are more than one image available, you can click on the others to view a larger size.

  3. If you decide to buy the product choose the size/color (if any) and click the "Add to bag" button which looks like this: Add to bag
Once you add an item to your bag, it will continue to bring you back to your Shopping Bag unless you disable the option "Show me my shopping bag every time I order something". To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click on the "Remove" button located under the column labeled "Delete". Colors and Sizes not listed are out of stock.

Is it safe to shop at My Oneechan?

This means that you have a secure connection. Some versions of IE may not display the gold padlock and may instead have a popup appear.

Our items are from Korea and Japan. We occassionally carry various brand names from Korea and Japan.

Will I be charged tax?
We do not charge you tax, but depending on your region, there may be custom duties or other surcharges from your local custom or post office. Please refer to your local custom offices.

How do I get free shipping?
In order to be eligible for our free shipping promo, you must be a resident of the US or Canada. You must also purchase $100 or more

How do I know my order was accepted?
A receipt of your order will be sent to the email you provided us with. Please make sure that you provided us with your correct mailing address. You have 24 hours (or less) to contact us within the time of your order to correct any mistake. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to the failure of the customer to provide a correct shipping address.

When will my order be shipped/received?
All orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped out the same day. All other orders after 2PM EST will be shipped out the following business day. Our business days are Mondays thru Fridays (excluding holidays within the US). The date you receive your package depends on which delivery option you choose and where you live. We will also provide you with a tracking number (if available) thru your e-mail once your order is shipped out.

All shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on your zip code and country.

What payment methods are accepted and how do I check out?
All of our transactions are handled securely by Paypal. Paypal currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.
You DO NOT have to be registered with Paypal to order from our website.

Once you click on the "Continue Checkout" button in our cart, fill in your Shipping address. Click on the "Submit Order" button and you will be taken to the Paypal checkout page.

If you do not have a paypal account, the Paypal checkout page will instruct you on how to pay using your credit/debit card.
If you have an account with paypal, simply login to finish your order.

What shipping method do you use and how much will I be charged?
Shipping costs are based on which shipping service you choose. We ship thru United States Postal Service (USPS).

What is your return policy?
  • Customer must provide the order number located on the receipt.

  • Contact us within 14 days from the time you receive your order.

  • The item you are returning must be unworn and unwashed in the unopened original packaging with tags still attached.

  • We must receive the returned item within 30 days of an accepted refund or exchange notice from us. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • We DO NOT accept returns if:
    • You do not like the look of the item. (Due to different monitor settings, there may be differences in coloring.)
    • Item does not fit.*

  • *In the case of accidentally purchasing the wrong size, we will grant an exchange of the same item as long as the item is still in its unopened and original packaging. If the item is no longer available, we will grant you store credit of equal value.

  • We will provide exchanges/store credit of equal value if:
    • Item is damaged beyond minor repair.
    • Item is completely different from what was ordered.

  • We will only provide cash refunds on certain cases.

How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please read and understand our return policy located right above this question.

If you meet the requirements for the return/exchange, click on "Contact Us" located at the bottom of any page in our website. If there are no available operators online to assist you, complete the form for "Returns/Exchanges" department. Please be sure to provide a VALID e-mail since this will be our contact with you. Write your order number in the subject and let us know your problem in the message box. When you are ready, press submit and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How are the clothing measured?
We measure our items lying flat please allow a one to one-and-a-half inches for fabric stretch.

When do you restock "Out of Stock" items?

Only certain items will be restocked. Most of the clothing will not be restocked as fashion is always changing with the coming seasons.
