What is Free Size?
Free size is just another term for "one size fits all". These types of clothing are made to stretch of hang loose depending on your body type. To give you a general idea of how the clothes fit on you, we also provide measurements on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to almost all countries in the world. To see if your country is listed, add an item to the cart, look for the shipping information area, and find your country in the drop down list.

Our main office is located in the US. However, our shipping warehouses are located in China, South Korea, and Japan.

Why can't I add the product to my cart?
Check that you have specific product options (color/size/style). If you have chosen the product options, and you do not see the "Add to Cart" button, then that product option is out of stock.

Why is a certain product color/style/size I want not available for purchase?
If you are not able to check out with a color/style/size option or it is not listed in the product page, then that particular color/style/size is sold out. Some items are regularly restocked and you may contact us to notify you when it is available.

Where do you get your clothing and what brands do you carry?
We carry various brand names. The brands listed are 100% authentic and are ordered from the official stores. We also carry non branded items at a less expensive price with the similar styles you see in Japanese fashion magazines.
Where we get the clothing from depends on the item that you choose. Most of the items we carry are from high quality Chinese brands and others are from Japanese or Korean brands/stores. Items listed without a brand are from China and South Korea.
We carry a limited in-stock amount of Japanese and Korean brand clothing, as we also offer a special shopping service.

We do not charge you tax, but depending on your region, there may be custom duties or other surcharges from your local custom or post office. Please refer to your local custom offices for more information.

When will my order be shipped and when will I receive it?
If products ordered are immediately available, your order will be shipped out within one business day of order acknowledgement. Our business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Products not immediately available may be shipped out within 1~3 weeks depending on availability and your location.
The arrival date of your order depends on the following:
Depending on your location, express shipping can take an average of 5~10 days. Customer must also factor in the type of item purchased. If an item is marked as "Imported from Japan" or "Imported from South Korea", you must allow us at least 7~14 business days to receive the item(s) from Japan or Korea. We can not control the exact date your package will arrive. You will be provided with a tracking/reference number once your order is shipped out.

What payment methods are accepted and how do I check out?
All of our transactions are handled securely by PayPal. PayPal currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to order from our website.
If you do not have a PayPal account, the PayPal checkout/login page will instruct you on how to pay using your credit/debit card. If you have an account with PayPal, simply login to finish your order.
If you are unable to pay via PayPal, we also accept payments through Western Union, Bank Deposit/Transfer, or Money Order. We only accept Money Order from US residents. International customers can pay by Western Union or Bank Transfer. Please contact us first if you wish to make a payment using these alternate methods.
