Return Policy

We only accept item exchanges. If the item you want is no longer available, you will be given store credit of equal value. We will only provide full money refunds on certain cases.

Customer must immediately contact us within 14 days from the time you receive your order. If customer waits after 14 days, the customer may be required to pay a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of the item's original price.


REQUIREMENTS

  • The item you are returning must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
  • We must receive the item to be returned or exchanged within 30 days


NEW CUSTOMERS
We exchange items from the FIRST order free of charge. Exchanges only.


CURRENT CUSTOMERS
Shipping and handling fees will be required for item exchanges.


FULL MONEY REFUND CASES
Customers may receive cash refund if:

  • Item(s) are still in it's original unopened packaging OR
  • Item(s) damaged beyond minor repair

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse return claims or charge up to a 20% restocking fee on any return that does not meet the conditions of this return policy.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM(S)
To return or exchange an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund/exchange/store credit within four weeks after we receive the returned item.


DELIVERY CHARGES
Customer is responsible for delivery charges to return the item to us and for us to send a replacement item back. First time Customers or Customers who receive an incorrect/damaged item due to our mistake will be exempt from these charges.
