Return Policy

Customer must immediately contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your order as shown on the tracking information.
If customer waits after 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return claim.


REQUIREMENTS

  • The item you are returning must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
  • We must receive the item to be returned or exchanged within 30 days


FULL MONEY REFUND CASES
Customers may receive cash refund if:

  • Item(s) are damaged beyond minor repair OR
  • Wrong item was delivered

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All other cases may only be issued store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse return claims that do not meet the conditions of this return policy.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM(S)
To return or exchange an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund/exchange/store credit within four weeks after we receive the returned item.


DELIVERY CHARGES
Customer is responsible for delivery charges to return the item to us and for us to send a replacement item back.
Customers who receive an incorrect/damaged item due to our mistake will be exempt from these charges.
