Shipping Information

As of January 1, 2011, we no longer offer our free shipping promo.
All orders are now required to pay for Registered Air Parcel or Express shipping via EMS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on your country.
Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at check out based on total order weight and the destination country.

Date of Delivery

We can not control the date packages will arrive at your door.
The arrival date of your order depends on the following:

• Your location
• Shipping company and method you chose
• Availability of item(s) you purchased

Depending on your location, registered air parcel can take anywhere between 15~30 business days for delivery. EMS can take 5~10 business days. UPS, DHL, and FedEx can take 5~7 business days. Customer must also factor in the type of item purchased. If an item is marked as "Imported from Japan" or "Imported from South Korea", you must allow us at least 7 business days to receive the item from Japan or Korea.
